Rental & Reservation Policies

         You, the renting party, are responsible for all policies so please review the car​efully.

  1. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. We do not ask for payment until your request for a date, phrase, and graphics has been reviewed and approved. 

  2. We will email you an invoice after approved request. Payment in full will secure your date and is an assurance that the details on the invoice are correct.  

  3. You, the renting party, will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items. A fee of $20 per piece will be charged to the renting party for damaged or stolen letter/accent pieces and $50 per larger pieces.

  4. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult.

  5. If you have an animal, they must be kept inside during the set up and removal of the display for the safety of our staff and your animal.  We will not go into yards with animals that are outside.

  6. Please DO NOT attach anything to the signs like balloons etc.

  7. Please keep in mind this is a rental do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs.  These items ARE our property and business.  

  8. DO NOT MOW, CUT, OR TRIM GRASS AROUND THE SIGN WHILE IT IS UP!!! You will incur a $50 cleaning fee or a fee for damages as stated in number 3 above. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused by flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. Keep trimmers away, they can cause damage as well. If you have a lawn crew coming, have them come prior to us setting up your greeting display. 

  9. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

  10. Please DO NOT touch or move the sign. If a sign needs to be moved or taken down, please call us

  11. Yardly Greetings LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

  12. INCLEMENT WEATHER. We will not be able to deliver your Yardly Greeting display if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or takedown. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored

  13. The greeting will be delivered on the eve of your event date unless other arrangements have been made with Yardly Greetings.  All Yardly Greeting displays are typically delivered and set up after 7 PM and removed after 7 PM the following day. All prices include delivery, set up, and takedown of the yard greeting.

Refund Policy

  1. If you must cancel your booking, a 72hr notice is required to receive a full refund. If within 48hrs, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.

  2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, blizzard, and any other event that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. In the event of rain, renter needs to show flexibility with delivery, set up and take down times.

  3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

  4. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

  5. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

  6. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

  7. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that is out of our control. 

  8. We reserve the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

 ** By placing an order/booking with Yardly Greetings, you agree to all policies stated above.
